Are prenup laws different in each state?

So yes, all states do recognize the validity of a prenup, but they may have certain limitations as to what type of clauses you can use in a prenup.

You know, maybe as it relates to sunset clauses or what type of provisions you can override.

So it is important that the prenup that you get is going to be by a professional licensed attorney in that particular state who is familiar with the law, the statutes of that particular state, but also is familiar with different case law and how prenups have been interpreted in that state.
