Can there be a agreement in nikah to review/renew contract every two to three years to see if couples still agree and adhere to its conditions?

No, this is not permissible. Nikah is not a lease contract.

There's no get out of jail free card, there's nikah and firaq. Firaq is the general term for tafweed and talaq and khuluq and fask and all of that. So there's nikah and firaq. There's no temporary marriage in Islam, which essentially, to put that condition to review it would be making it mut'ah, would be temporary marriage, and temporary marriage is impermissible by consensus of all scholars.

And is considered a form of invalid marriage, to where if that condition was made, it would immediately render the contract null and void, and the parties who sign on to that would be sinful.

Mut'ah or temporary marriage is considered to be zina.
