Does the prenup include clauses that deal with inheritance?

You can have provisions dealing with inheritance in the prenuptial agreement.

But basically what people will say is that we agree that we're going to create a will and in that will it's going to say XYZ.

Or that the wife or the husband gives up something called the elective share.

So, there's something called the elective share in inheritance or in estate planning.

Where even if the husband is written out of the wife's will.

Okay, let's say that the wife decides that you know what my I don't want my husband to get anything.

I'm going to write him out of the will the husband in that situation just because they were married has the ability to set aside the will and claim an elective share of one third.
