For prenup negotiations should we keep paper trail?

Is it easier to have this difficult, sensitive conversation on the phone or in person?

So, the conversation is different than the end result.

So, that conversation that you have it could be in phone, person, zoom, whatever you want, but at the end is that it's gonna end up on a piece of paper.

It's gonna end up on a contract.

So that contract is what's going to matter.

So I don't think you really need a paper trail for the negotiation part, because even if you negotiate but you don't end up signing a prenup, those negotiations mean absolutely nothing.

What matters is at the end of that, that you end up with a prenuptial agreement.
