Is it possible to get a prenup without a full financial disclosure?

So, you want to look at the enforceability of a prenuptial agreement on a sliding scale.

Okay, so it's not like a on switch that I can say as a lawyer. Look you do XYZ and boom it's effective.

Rather it's a sliding scale. So I gave the three things right you have full disclosure attorneys on both sides and no duress.

Theoretically there could be a situation where if you have a little bit of these three that it could be enforced, but the likelihood is 10%, 20%.

Whereas the more of these factors that you have, you are increasing the probability of enforcement.

A prenuptial agreement doesn't have to be an all or nothing proposition. It doesn't have to be that the guy keeps everything, the girl doesn't get anything.

No, the whole point of this is maybe you do end up negotiating 50/50, but at least you know about it up front so that when you hate each other, that's not when you're trying to figure it out, you're trying to figure out when you still love each other.
