Should marriage clauses from my nikah contract also be added to the prenup?

No. You want to keep your nikah contract separate.

That's the contract that's going to be enforced by a shariah court or shariah arbitration panel or in front of Allah subhana wa ta'ala, you don't want those nikah terms to be in your prenup.

For example, in a nikah contract, you might have this thing about husband shall not take a second wife.

Or, this is what this person's gonna pay for, this is what the wife is going to pay for, and you're gonna provide me this type of lifestyle.

So the prenup is not supposed to address the day-to-day life of a married couple.

It's only supposed to address what happens if you divorce. Nothing else.
